Pillows were VERY cute, but the shipping time was terrible and there was no communication on updates. I ordered in November and it did not arrive until mid-January. When I emailed customer service for an update, the reply was not helpful. I wondered if I'd fallen for a scam, and then out of the blue they arrived. It was disappointing as I'd ordered these as Christmas gifts and they arrived very late.

I have to admit, when I bought these off of a Facebook ad I had my doubts. I used cell phone pictures that weren't of the best resolution and I wondered if anything would ever show up. Well let me tell you, I squealed like a child on Christmas day when I opened the package! These are more adorable than I can describe. My initial plan was to give them to my granddaughters but I kept the for myself. I'm going to have to order more for my granddaughters. I still haven’t had a chance to see the pillow because it was sent as a gift to my granddaughter. They say it’s very cute, but it took over a month to get there. I ordered it in the beginning of November and it didn’t get there until the end of December, missing Christmas. I’m not sure what the problem was. It might’ve had nothing to do with the fantasy pillow company, but it was very disappointing.

I took a chance and bought these off of a facebook ad. After I’d placed my order I had second thoughts about the pictures that I’d used - they were low resolution cell pictures. When they arrived, I actually screamed out loud, they were so good! I got a Christmas one made of each of my granddaughters and had planned to give them to them for Christmas. No way, I’m keeping these!! I’m going to get others made to send to my Granddaughters.
